I led the print and pattern development for Swimways’ swim safety items and pool floats, with a focus on building swim confidence in babies and young children. This work spanned both non-licensed and licensed product lines, requiring a balance of creative exploration, child-focused design, and brand alignment.

For non-licensed products, I conducted extensive user testing to evaluate visual engagement, perceived safety, and caregiver response. Feedback informed every aspect of the design process—from color palette to character development—to ensure patterns were not only visually appealing but also supported a positive and reassuring swim experience.

This body of work reflects a deep understanding of early childhood design and the importance of combining safety with fun to foster water confidence in young swimmers.
